Iglesias del Oeste is an organization dedicated to advance the Gospel through equipping leaders who form healthy churches to transform communities, nations and the world.

Iglesias del Oeste is a network of churches investing relationally in leaders and serving missionally throughout Latin America. Ministries of Iglesias del Oeste include Seminario del Oeste, Team Kairos, Movilización and Body and Soul, and currently work in more than 10 different countries.

Jim and Annie Culp, are the Directors and founders of Iglesias del Oeste, México.

 

After church planting and pastoring for nearly 20 years in Northern California, they moved to Ensenada, Mexico in 2016 to begin their ministry in  Baja California.

What began as a Seminary training program to equip pastors and leaders locally has grown into a world wide organization with staff of 24 nationals who are committed to equipping, mobilizing, and caring for leaders and missionaries in the Spanish speaking world.

Jim and Annie have been married for more than 30 years and have three adult children, Daniel (married to Danielle), Ben (married to Sara) and Kate (married to Jorge).
